Michael has lived in Cleveland for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Lee University, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. Michael and his wife, Katie, have been married since 2009 and they have two kids, Lucy and Jonah.
